Weekend is here, so is boredom!!!

I woke up early again today as I needed to go to play badminton. If you're wondering how early is early, I woke up at 6.45 a.m. Then I headed to my tution teacher's house to pick her up and left to the badminton court. It was quite tiring playing badminton today because
1. I have not played badminton for more than a month or maybe 2
2. I had to play badminton with 2 married women
3. Because I slept late last night

After that we headed for breakfast at Anna Brahma restaurant. My God I tell you the ghee tosai there was amazing what more with that awesome dhal curry I almost had my second one. Then, I sent teacher back home and she made me pluck mangoes which was by no means an easy task. Anyway I took some mangoes, I headed back home to find that I had to do more house cleaning. After vacuuming the house, I had to wash my porch and it was around 1.30 that we finished all the cleaning and sat down for lunch.

I had a short nap, a very short one before which I lied down reading the new book I have just got from Shireen, my ADP coordinator. I think the book's name is "Last Ritual". So I read it before having a short nap and then I had my bath and got ready and went on the computer while waiting for my dad's friends to come over. There was suppose to be some business talk and therefore my dad had called some of his friends over to discuss this direct selling business with them. It all finished by 8 and i think my parents were too tired to go out for dinner, so we had to settle for the chicken puffs that we actually bought to serve them, I believe there are another 6 or 7 pieces left. So here I am sitting here giving you my report of today, kinda hungry but still breathing. Sounds like a reporter, maybe I should consider being one.

Its Dr. Love signing off, take care peepz, chiowzzzzzz

The Continuation

So last night I managed to finish off all about Monday and Tuesday, I sit here thinking whether I should go to Navin's place. Yes, he did not call me personally to his place but he did put out a general invitation in his msn for all to go over to his place, but I guess I'm going to be here because after the countless efforts of trying to contact him in msn to find out the details about this party, I still didn't manage to gather any infos to be able to answer the would-be questions of my mother if I was going.

If you do not know what my mum's questions would be, let me give you a list:

1) Where are you going?

2) Why are you going there?

3) Who else will be there?

4) Did he call you to go there?

5) Do you really have to be there?

6) What time are you going?

7) What time will you come back?

8) Why do you want to be there for so long? (Because most definitely I'll push as long as I can)

9) Do you really have to go? (She'll ask this a couple of times hoping that I will change my mind)

10) What do you want to do there?

So yeah, I guess that would be my 10 most asked questions when asking for permission to go out. Therefore, Navin, I'm sorry I can't make it tomorrow. Hope whoever who will be going there will have a blast.

Anyway, as I promised yesterday, I shall continue with what happened on Wednesday, yesterday and today.

Wednesday

I woke up around 11 again I guess, I went down had my breakfast, we couldn't start on the cleaning work because mum had malayalam movie to watch. So again we started work after lunch, this time we had to dive into the depths of the scattered books hoping yet again to find the most sought after pearl in that sea - Cleanliness. Oh it was by no means a walk in the park, I had to take out all the books from one shelf, wipe it, then sort out the books and mind you I have loads of books and then re-arrange it according to its own areas and needs. By the time it was done it was already 5pm and time for football. But mum said that I shouldn't go for football as it was going to rain or so she felt. So then I had to follow my parents first to my cousins house and then to my grandparents house a.k.a my uncle's house. It was my grandmother's birthday so went there to spend some time with her but rushed home by 8.30 so that my parents could watch their tamil series and I could watch my "Li Xiao Long". Then it was my daily night's routine - going online chatting, being the Dr. Love that I am and retiring for bed around 1am. And oh yeah it was my friend Shireene's birthday, so HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!! =p

Thursday

I woke up early today cause I had to go for this blood test, just a random one so that I can keep up to date with my own body's conditions. Honestly, it was freaking painful because the needle was in my hand for like 3 minutes as she filled 3 test tubes of blood. She had quite a difficult time trying to find a spot to poke the needle, she kept on saying "Aiyah you very thin la", but at last she managed to find the spot and stick it in. My whole right hand was weak after that to the extent I couldnt even drive back thankfully my mum was there so she drove back, and though painful it was nothing could stp me from my most common hobby which is to go online. There I saw Steffy online and she demanded that I should come to Aeon and follow her to look for jobs. So after lunch, I drove to Aeon and met up with Steffy, Thana and Yash in Mcd and chilled there for a while. Then we started on the difficult task of finding a job for the "King's Daughter" or so she claimed. Well after the tiring hunt in which she filled up some forms, we then went mamak to chill for a while then headed back to our homes. P.S. Steffy you drive damn slow la =p. After reaching home, I quickly changed and went to play football in the field. I cant understand why when the field is so wet and the court so empty, they still want to play in the muddy, dirty field. Ah whatever, it started raining after a while and we stopped playing soon after but I still had to sit under the rain waiting for my friend, Pravin to finish playing football so that I could get back the thumbdrive I passed him a few days ago. After getting the thumbdrive, Pravin gave me RM10 and I had to make a quick trip to 99market to reload for Pravin. Then after a quick haircut thanks to my mum, it was my normal routine of eating while watching "Li Xiao Long" and then online and then sleep. Oh yeah, I gave a quick call to my dear Cassey gal before I slept just to make sure all was alright with her. It was another one of my friend's birthday, so HAPPY BIRTHDAY SIMRAN!!!!

Friday

I had to get up fairly early today because I had to go to college to collect the money from the CD sales. I woke up and turned on the news, to see the updates on the Mumbai bombings. Its pretty sad that the world has come to this stage where we are now. It is believed that the bombings were done by muslims targetting mainly on American and British tourists and also other foreigners. I still remember those times back in school where the whole bunch of our classmates would always hangout together - Azan, Firdaus, Amirul, the other kid (I forgot his name, can you believe it), Gope, Nicholas, Jackson and I. Those were the times that we really felt that religion or race wasnt a barrier for us to make friends. Oh well, after a quick breakfast of Tiger biscuits, I went upstairs had a shave, a quick bath and set off to college. My God , eventhough it was already 9+ in the morning the road was still pretty jammed up and I had to make a detour through Indian street and managed to get to college by 10.05 (the so called meeting was supposed to start at 10). I rushed to the Blackout Bistro only to find that not a single soul was there besides of course the people on duty. So I quickly visited the computer lab to print some stuff and also my email as Mr. Victor had told me to do so. Well to make it short, I managed to collect RM450 today, and as always many of them didn't turn up to handover their money, and so I would like to thank all of them for not making it because now I have to go to college again on Monday. For lunch, I went to this kopitiam right next to Rejab with Grace and tried their Lemon Chicken Rice and my oh my it was horrendous. Honestly the Lemon Chicken Rice that was sold in the bistro a few weeks ago were way way better than this. After bidding farewell to Grace who was rushing off to Subang, I pad another visit to the bistro had a quick view of Jue Lyn's chess fiasco and then headed for home. Upon reaching home, again, I turned on my computer and went online and chilled for quite a while as my mum left for the "pasar malam". I then had my bath and left to pick up Pravin. We were suppose to meet up with Jackson and Ching Nie to watch the movie Quarantine. We had a quick chat and then headed into the theatre to watch the movie. The theatre was so empty, there was only one person sitting on the rows of chairs in front of us (we sat on row J). The movie was pretty nice, kind of scary and mind you I rarely think a movie is scary, but this movie had its moments though it did kind of make me sick because of the camera view which constantly made me crazy. All in all a 7 for the movie I guess, though I didnt really like the ending it was all too sudden. Honestly if the cinema lady had not opened the exit doors, I would have had no idea that the movie was finishing. After the movie, we had dinner in Asoka with the constant intrusion of insects bombarding us all the time. About 15 mins before 8.30, we all headed for home and I reached just in time for my 8.30 program. As my routine goes, here I am sitting down in the family room upstairs typing out a piece of my life (maybe a chunk) which happens everyday. Now, today I have another friend's birthday, imagine that 3 birthdays in a row. So HAPPY BIRTHDAY FARAZATUL BALQISH (affectionally known as fara =p).

And this is me, Dr. Love signing out. Goodnight

This is hard

Its getting harder and harder to blog about nowadays, at times it seems almost absurd to be writing through whatever which had happened to you throughout the day. I still remember back in primary school we had to write this thing called "bi ji". We had to jot down what all happened on that day, and everyday at night I would sit down totally not having a single idea what to write about. I remember writing something like this " I went to school, then I came back and had my lunch. After this I sat down and completed my homework. I felt today was a happy day because I could finish all my homework and still had time to watch some T.V." I had to write down what I felt also in the end of the day.

Somehow this feels exactly like that, though now once in a while I know how to spice things up. If you do not believe me wait for the coming post, I have one interesting essay I wrote a few years ago.

Well coming back to me, let's start with Monday.

Monday
I had to go college to work in the cafe, somehow things are getting worse, customers are less even the motivation in the members seems to have died. I can't blame them because honestly I'm becoming that way too. It doesn't have that joy and satisfaction like when how I used to work in Tony Roma's early this year. So after happily leaving college, I had lunch with my friend Kenji, and after dropping him home, I went to Aeon Bkt. Tinggi. Before that, I had to pick up my best friend Pravin from Botanic. (Honestly we're going out so much people are starting to think we're gay =p) Pravin so terribly wanted to watch this movie called Quarantine which many of my friends have deemed unworthy to watch. But those of you who know Pravin will very well know that once he sets his mind to something he will do whatever it takes to get it. So, fine, I followed him to TGV to see that the movie was showing but somehow I managed to convince him to not watch it at that time. Then, we went walking around Aeon and Pravin seeing fried chickens had to stop and buy 2 pieces of it. Now as we were walking in front of McDonalds, I happened to see my former school teacher, Pn. Vijaya. So being the good boy that I was, approached her and said hi, but little did I know that there was another teacher Pn. Sia there. And that was it we got stuck there, they interrogated us (mainly Pravin - dear Pn. Ramu's son) for about half anhour before finally letting us go. We sat opposite DOME as Pravin munched down on his chicken as Farah and Sastra soon joined us. And as you know all gals adore taking pics, they would practically die if they do not take a picture of themselves everyday. this applies to mainly all the gals I know. So I had to take pics with them and trust me there were quite a number of them. All of us then started walking randomly around Aeon, with no intentions of doing anything. To make things short, we eventually said goodbye and headed back home.

Tuesday
Well today I just woke up at 11, and went down for a quick breakfast. Mum told me all so strictly that I had to start on cleaning my room today. So after lunch I set off on a great journey, one that would take courage and bravery beyond measure, to go through the rumbles of the ancient books to find the ever elusive treasure of cleanliness. WOW I guess I can crap =p Anyway, me and my mum decided not to start on the cupboard today and we'll clean everything else that we can. I started cleaning my trophy rack which was by no means an easy task. It was at the top most rack and i had to take the trophies one by one wipe it and put it down until all the trophies were out then wipe the rack itself and then place it all over again. Wait wait I think I have a pic of it. Shit for some reason I can't put it in...... Do blog posts have a certain limit on the number of words? Well anyway I then proceeded to the next shelf which contained books and some accessories. I had to repeat the same process of cleaning the books (mind you it was very dusty =p) and then cleaned the accessories and chucked some books in the cupboard for future cleaning and at last proceeded to my table which was the worst and messiest place in my room. I had to chuck everything to one side, clean it up, then chuck everything to the other side then clean that side up then sorted out the stuffs which were not needed and at last managed to make it look like I actually do study on my table. All this while, my mum was washing my toilet which she claimed was hideous and disgusting and that she wouldn't even dare to even shit in it. Well she did a good job =p well obviously, she is my mum. And after sorting out my clothes and arranging it tidily in the cupboard we called it a day for cleaning and went downstairs to go lepak

Alamak, its getting too late la, will update tomorrow la about what happened on Wednesday and today and also tomorrow =p

A slightly less hectic week

After such a hectic week last week, I thought at last this week I could take some time to chill out and relax. I didn't know that I couldn't have been more mistaken. The Monday that just passed was the first day of duty for me in the Blackout Bistro, and who better to work with than Alan. I know you guys think I'm mean for saying stuffs about him but he just drives me up the wall. Anyway we managed to get the lowest sales of the week only pocketing RM90. Besides that, the CDs that we were publishing arrived on Wednesday and Mr. Victor assigned the publishing and money collectiing of the CDs to me. After a whole lot of commotion and confusion I'm glad to say that we have managed to make a lot of money from the CD sales which will most definitely help our current situation.
Now if you're asking what CD is this about, it's actually a CD by this singer called ANDY MCDONOUGH, he was in a band in the UK in the 70's though at those times no one heard
of them because of the ever so present bands such as "The Carpenters" and "The Beatles"
So, we came forward and we asked Mr. Andy's help to produce the CD and he made a compilation of his songs and recorded into a CD which we are now selling. The price of this CD is only RM10 and some of the money collected will be given to MAKNA as well as to some of the clubs in the college. For more information regarding the CD please do visit www.andyblues.blogspot.com
AND FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DO NOT KNOW YET, I"M STUDYING IN HICT!!!!
To conclude this week, I had a bonding session with my co-ordinator, Ms. Shireen Ng, who should be on her way to Melaka now. Wee Han, Shireen and myself went for a movie last night, as in Friday night. We went for this horror movie, called "Coffin". It was a really nice movie, it had its moment of horror, shock and emotions. Its a movie you people must watch but maybe not you people who squeal at every single thing that happens in the movie or others who close their eyes throughout the movie and peeks through the holes of their hands (hints at Shireen)
All in all not such a bad week, hope it was the same for you people.
Now that it has been a week since the "Bloody Hell Show", I have managed to get more pics from the show. Now the credit must be given to Aisha for taking all these pics even though she did take sum pics that made me look like I was trying to shit. But still, thank you very much Aisha for all the pics and for all the time it took for you to email me the pics.
It's Dr. Love signing out for now.....
